Injured Workers' Bar Association

His memberships include the New York State Injured Workers' Bar and the Monroe County Bar Association. Jim has 22 years of litigation experience in various courts in New York State. He has 10 years of experience with a local law firm where he represented employers and insurance carriers as to Workers’ Compensation claims. During that period of time, he handled thousands of workers’ compensation hearings. Due to this experience representing employers and insurance carriers, he recognizes the difficulties and problems that injured workers can experience dealing with the Workers’ Compensation System and the hurdles that Employers and Insurance Carriers can create to prevent injured workers from receiving the benefits that they are entitled to under the law. He knows how to avoid common problems that arise. Often claims become adversarial and issues, including complicated medical questions, will need to be litigated though the taking of testimony. Because of this, one needs an experienced trial litigator representing their interests.

It is Jim’s goal to use his 22 years of experience on your behalf to navigate the compensation system to obtain for you the benefits that you are entitled to as quickly as possible.
