Paul Antonowicz

Paul graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 1996 with honors. He was a member of the University at Buffalo Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in New York State.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. After Graduating law school, Paul worked for a law firm representing employers and their insurance carriers at several thousand hearings over almost ten years before beginning to represent injured workers and the disabled.

Paul understands the law and the way insurance companies think. His extensive experience allows him to foresee many issues before they become a problem and he can often convince the insurance companies when they are wrong. Paul will help you to understand the many issues that can arise and not be caught by surprise. He pledges to provide realistic, sympathetic advice and to make sure you understand every step of the process. Paul understands that the best way to get quick, good results is to understand the other side.

He knows what battles to fight. A lot of time and money can be lost in fights that can’t be won or should be compromised. Currently raising a family of his own, Paul understands the difficulties of making ends meet in today’s world under the best of circumstances, and sympathizes with how difficult it can be to get by on the limited income provided by Workers’ Compensation and disability benefits.
